You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kinggame strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.
You agree to notify kinggame immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. kinggame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
kinggame will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from kinggame that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
kinggame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Philippine players:
All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your Account wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. kinggame does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. kinggame aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, with GCash and Maya withdrawals typically processed fastest. VIP Club members receive priority withdrawal processing.
kinggame reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where kinggame has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
All Account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on kinggame are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). kinggame does not operate multi-currency accounts.
kinggame offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings.
Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are not available for withdrawal.
kinggame reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct that kinggame reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers in bad faith.
kinggame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to your Account prior to the effective date of the change, except where kinggame has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse.
All games available on the kinggame Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, as published within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules displayed in the game interface and any other source, the rules displayed in the game interface shall prevail.
All games on kinggame use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed within the game information panel.
kinggame reserves the right to void any wager or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or data transmission error has occurred that materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the wager amount will be returned to the player's Account. kinggame's decision in such matters is final.
Wagers placed cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify all wager details before confirming any bet.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kinggame Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of kinggame.
kinggame collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kinggame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kinggame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kinggame makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform or its content.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kinggame's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting kinggame customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, kinggame reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the Account. Where closure is for any other reason, your Real Money Balance will be returned to you subject to KYC verification.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kinggame Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting kinggame customer support. kinggame will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority, including PAGCOR, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.
kinggame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kinggame will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the kinggame Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.1.
